About Assisted Living

The Assisted living Ministry is an incredible, wide-open ministry where the love of God is poured out on those who often feel lonely, neglected, or forsaken.

Through this ministry we bring fellowship to the “saints” who are seeking to finish the race well. We are the Lord’s representatives, reminding them that God is present and active in their lives. There is a beautiful simplicity in being present with, praying with, and reading scriptures to residents in assisted living facilities.

“The Lord is long-suffering towards us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9

We are also provided with the opportunity to show and share the love of Christ with those who have not yet received Him and to continue to present them with the offer of salvation. While anyone still draws breath, salvation is offered.

Whatever your gifts or abilities (even if it is simply "availability”) are, there is an opportunity for the Lord to use it here in the Assisted Living Ministry.
